I’ve worked with CEOs, athletes, investors, and everyday people juggling 100 things at once, and I still love being hands-on today.
Bee Free Group now blends my experience with a growing team of problem-solvers who share my mindset: straight-talking, proactive, and obsessed with doing things properly.
Alison Russell – Associate
Alison brings 20 years of experience spanning film, TV, media and corporate sectors, with a career built on supporting some of the most high-profile names in the industry, from VIPs and C-suite executives to Vice Chairmen, actors, theatre directors and board members. She knows how to move in demanding, fast-paced worlds and do so with complete professionalism.
Since transitioning into virtual and associate support in 2022, Alison has become a trusted right hand to founders, entrepreneurs and senior executives alike. She has a particular talent for building strong relationships, with clients, service providers and everyone in between, whether that's a private jet company, a five-star hotel or a security team. Things simply get done.
Her 10 years working across international film festivals, including coordinating VIP screenings, private dinners and curated experiences in Venice, gives her an edge that's rare to find, a genuine understanding of what luxury, discretion and seamless delivery actually looks like in practice.
Outside of work, Alison is passionate about music, art and the outdoors, and can occasionally be found on a mountain bike, by her own admission, falling off it.
